Damaged merchandise:

 

Incase you dont like the product, you can return the product within the 30 days period from delivery date. Customer shall be liable to pay the return shipping fee. 

If you found any defect in your parcel. You'll need to give proof by sending us a photograph of a damaged part via email at care@cloewood.com. In this case the return shipping will be paid by cloewood.

Your email will be responded with all the instructions which you need to follow to replace your order. Damaged items should be sent back via bona fide shipping carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.

We expect you will be patient during this whole process.

you have 30 days from delivery date to refund the product. The return method will be by mail. There will be no restocking fee or additional fee for returning the defective product. however, in all other cases the return shipping fee will be paid by customer.

Customer Dissatisfaction:

Our utmost priority is to satisfy the customer. If the product does not live up to your expectations, please let us know via email at care@cloewood.com  Also, provide the reason for your dissatisfaction and report us as soon as possible once you receive your product.

Size and Fit issue :

Before ordering, confirm your size from the standard size chart of the brand. If the wrong size is delivered to you, contact us on our customer service email at care@cloewood.com We will fix your problem regarding size or fitting as soon as possible.

NOTE: It is requested to send an email to give detail of your return product. Mention the product number also.

Terms and Conditions:

You must know the below-mentioned terms:

  •       Valid Address:

Cloewood only accepts a valid address. Our system does not accept address containing P.O Boxes, Fleet office(FRO), or Military Post Office.

  •       Tracking number:

Please track your order by tracking id, which we have provided you. Tracking id will help you to check order status. If it has been lost during transit, the company is responsible for dispatching alternative products immediately.

  •       Twice attempt of delivery:

If there is no receiver at the postal address to receive the parcel, the courier company will visit again. If the second attempt fails, it's the customer's responsibility to pick the parcel from the nearest courier office. 

If the customer does not receive or cancel the parcel, we will take back our product from the courier service, and in this case, to re-deliver to product you'll have to contact us on our email care@cloewood.com

  •       Service only during working days:

Only working days, i.e., Monday to Friday, are calculated in delivery days. Off days are Saturday and Sunday.

  • Weekend strategy:

Place your order anytime, but the process will be started during weekdays.

If you have placed your order on Saturday and Sunday, we will start processing it on the next working day, i.e., Monday.

  •       Delay due to heavy weather:

Sometimes it's hard to deliver in time due to bad weather. We will be very sorry for your inconvenience in such abnormalities and expect you to show some patience and cooperate with us. 

  •       Receipt of purchase:

Customers should keep the receipt of purchase to return the product. You should also provide a tracking number once you send it via the bona Fide shipping carrier.

  •       Send it to the provided address:

We will provide you with the specific address you are requested to send back your purchase to that address, not to the manufacturer.

  •       No refund And return of defective item:

If any damage occurs to the returned item during transit, our company is not responsible in such a case. 

  •       Shipping Cost:

If any damage occurs to the returned item during transit, our company will not be responsible for such a case.

  •       Minor change:

It might be possible that the product you receive slightly differs in color from the picture.

  •       Automated system:

Cloewood is using the automated system. Once your order is placed, it directly goes to the manufacturer, and they start processing on your order immediately.

 

Procedure: 

If you want to return your item, contact us through email at care@cloewood.com and send all the necessary details once you get a confirmation for your return. You have to send back your purchase on the address which is provided to you via email. Please do not send it to the manufacturer.

Return the item as soon as possible. This offer is valid only for five days after getting a confirmation email.

Note:

Do not ship your item before confirmation from our side. Once your request is approved, please send it via shipping carriers to the address we have sent you through email.
